2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification once your order has shipped.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

WaterBorne is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer

  • Lost packages due to inaccurate shipping details

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

We will work with you to help resolve the issue; however, WaterBorne is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Holidays or peak seasons


9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within a limited time after placement. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
