2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as WaterBorne is not responsible for lost return packages.
